These terms govern your use of this website and the coaching services provided by Yidong Zhang ("Clarity Business English", "I", "me"). By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
The service
I provide Business English coaching for accounting and finance professionals, delivered online. Coaching is educational support to help you communicate more confidently. While I work hard to help you progress, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as exam results, job offers, or career advancement, as these depend on factors outside my control.
Not professional advice
Coaching is for language and communication development only. It is not accounting, financial, tax, legal, or other regulated professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. For decisions in those areas, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Booking, payment, and trials
Discovery calls and any trial session terms are described at the point of booking. Where a paid coaching arrangement is in place, the fees, schedule, and payment method will be agreed with you directly before sessions begin. Bookings are arranged through the scheduling provider and confirmed by email.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or move a session, please give as much notice as possible using the link in your booking confirmation. Specific notice periods and any charges for late cancellations or missed sessions will be agreed as part of your coaching arrangement.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when contacting me or booking, to attend sessions you have booked, and to use this site lawfully. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse its forms, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The content on this site and any materials I share during coaching are owned by me or my licensors and are provided for your personal learning use. Please do not copy, redistribute, or resell them without my permission.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the coaching service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
How I handle your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
